the staff was super nice and accommodating, really made us feel welcome. the location is awesome, right by the beach with a great view. our room was super comfy and had an amazing ocean view. fast check in and check out process done by the helpful staff. also, the pools were really nice to chill in during the day.

the breakfast options were pretty limited and could've been better. also, we faced some issues with cleanliness, like not having fresh towels on the second day.

my recent stay at the resort was incredible! i was thrilled by the spacious deluxe ocean view king room, perfect for watching sunsets from the balcony. the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of european dishes along with freshly baked pastries.

the kids club needs better communication.

The infinity pool offered breathtaking views, perfect for relaxation. the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, as fresh towels were not provided promptly. the restaurant could benefit from more variety in its menu for lunch and dinner, particularly on busy weekends.

Recommend it for families with children

We were really impressed with the staff, specially Hafiz, who gave us a confident look and said we would love the room. It was a huge Ocean view suite with two large beds and a private balcony, just perfect for us as a family with kids.

It wasn’t cheap, but the experience was still acceptable for what we got.

The dining room felt overcrowded, especially during peak hours with families rushing to the buffet, making for a chaotic breakfast experience. we dealt with some cleanliness issues, like not getting fresh towels in a timely manner and the pool's water filtration seemed suspect—it’s recirculated through a portable filter with no visible chlorination, raising some questions. Despite the hotel catering well to families, the vibe was somewhat lacking for adults, with a need for a more adult-oriented atmosphere than what's currently offered.

Stunning beach views and fantastic amenities

We had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views from our Deluxe Ocean View King room. The access to our room via waterproof silicone watches was incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring an array of delicious fresh ingredients, and the child-free pool offered a serene escape with stunning sights. My massage at the spa was a highlight and truly rejuvenating! housekeeping could be quicker in responding to requests.

Pool area offers kids' club with great activities. Service at the restaurant can be slow. Nice beach access. Breakfast variety needs improvement.

Would be happy to recommend for a weekend pause

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free wi-fi and helpful staff that made it easy to explore the island and unwind at the beautiful rooftop pool.

The resort's architecture was exceptional, particularly the open-concept lobby with comfortable seating areas and tranquil ambiance, making it a lovely spot for seniors to relax and enjoy the surroundings during our stay.

Faster housekeeping response would enhance the experience.
